Rice Photography

Mista is my loyal model. And of course a great friend. And of course beautiful. I wish I could see her more often. You know, because Leduc is so far away from south Edmonton.  Since I took these she told me she lost weight. Looking at these pictures she already looks tiny! But I am excited for her! I will have to take some pictures of her new hot body

Last month I was in Medicine hat with my sisters, Amanda and Carolyn. I already took some maternity photos of Carolyn, but she wanted a few more. And since my other sister Amanda is also pregnant, I took some of her as well. Too bad I couldn’t match their pregnant bellies. But I’m not going to lie. I’m enjoying not being with child right now. Plus soon I get to have two new nephews! Since taking these Carolyn had her baby, little Dexter Charles. I hope to see him soon and take some photos!

When I go to other people’s houses, my favourite thing is to look at the pictures they have displayed. Even before I was a photographer I loved this. We have been in our new house for a little over a year, and we still have some blank walls that are driving me crazy! But I’m such a penny pincher (unless it involves eating out, then I’ll give my money away!) so I need to save up for my giant prints and canvases I have planned.

Scott did this wall for me. I am really really horrible at hanging multiple pictures up and having them look good.

This adorable frame is from Sweet Soda frames. It is displaying my most favourite picture of my baby Benton.  Oh, he is too much cute for me!I’m kind of ashamed to say this is my first and only canvas.  But I plan on more!  This is an 11×14 canvas. It is one of my favourites of my oldest, Clark.

Rice Photography has been revamped. A big thanks to Pam from Pam I Am Design. I absolutely love the new look and she was awesome to work with! Looking forward to the 2012 wedding season, and of course all of my family sessions this year.  I’m also looking forward to finally going on a vacation this year without my lovely children… hopefully! Fingers crossed! (I hope my husband reads this). And if you want to leave comments on my blog, do so. It makes my day!
